We work with a range of clientele, from professional chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants to amateur home cooks and families. 

I was extremely impressed with the overall quality of all the produce, it was trimmed and cleaned to perfection. The sausages were out of this world - the best I have had on the Riviera. The butcher called to confirm all of the specifications too, which was such a relief as most suppliers would have just given it a guess.
